SkiErg with PM5 with Floor Stand

Originally designed as a training tool for cross-country skiers, the SkiErg has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. The motion of skiing is unique, offering significant upper body and core exercise while also engaging the lower body. As well as giving you a great workout, the SkiErg works the glutes, hamstrings, triceps, lats and shoulders in a way that other cardio workouts can’t. As well as being durable and well built, the SkiErg is sophisticated, with an advanced monitor that provides immediate, accurate performance data. The SkiErg is hugely popular in high-intensity training settings, functional fitness zones and CrossFit gyms. The flywheel resistance allows you to quickly power up to a high tempo, making it the ideal piece of equipment for circuits and interval training.
