Consultations & deposits
Design consultations and refundable design deposits are governed by the specific terms shown at the point of booking. Refund terms, deliverables and timelines are set out there and form part of these conditions.
Design & build services
All design, supply and construction work is governed by a separate written contract signed before works begin. Quoted prices are estimates until that contract is signed.
Liability
We strive to keep information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty as to its completeness. Our liability to you for any claim arising out of use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga.
