Straight Bar Multi-Grip Bar The multi-grip option offers increased functionality with a variety of grip options for targeting different muscle groups in the biceps, back, forearms and shoulders. We provide appropriate wall fixings with this product but do recommend if you are unsure about wall mounting any products, you seek professional assistance.
