Float 13,8 kW Electric sauna heater

The futuristic shape of the FLOAT heater, designed by Eero Aarnio, is illuminated to create the effect that it is airborne.

The novel shape reflects the communal aspect of sauna-bathing, as it is reminiscent of the circle of people around a campfire. The lights that surround the heater can be dimmed or brightened according to the desired effect and to suit the mood of the users.

The distinct appearance and mighty power make the float heater well-suited for upmarket public saunas and large private saunas. The 160kg of stones that go into the heater and the 13.8kW output deliver smooth and plentiful warmth for the bathers.

Eero Aarnio is a Finnish interior designer, noted for his innovative furniture designs in the 1960s, such as his plastic and fibreglass chairs.
